Eltex gear become more useful, by affecting the meditation psyfocus gain.

It's an update of my mod Psychic Sensitivity affects Meditation and Pruning that I don't use since long time.

In this version, only the Eltex gear and the Prestiges armors are affected, they increase the meditation psyfocus gain by 1/4 of the psychic sensitivity. Now, the stat on Eltex gear scale on quality.


The bonus for Pruning Speed of the Gauranlen tree is abandonned, replaced by my other mod Gauranlen tweaks.
