Description
This is a solution for custom level 'target practice'.

Control:
'A' and 'D' - rotate turret
'Space' to shoot
'S' for hold on signal (stopping the wheels)

There is also dual switcher in the circuit called 'Manual/Autiomatic mode switcher' that can be used to switch between manual and automatic turrent control.
