Night environment test using canyon madness on SBP rules.

Disclaimer: May or may not be unstable, 200 fps in singleplayer on a R5 2600x and RTX 2060 system, cut in half from 400 on the stock map. Probably won't run good on a potato. The download is large and might take a while on slow internet. I was too lazy to compress the textures for this test lol.
