New Enemy Paladin

Description
A new enemy to add some more variety and danger to your Jupiter Hell attempts.

The Paladin is a melee former human designed to challenge the extremely powerful late game melee builds. The Paladin is a slow moving melee enemy that gains massive damage resistance while it has a shield, but loses it once the shield breaks.

This mods add three variants of the new enemy:
Machete Paladin - with paladin shield and machete appears in Europa
Katana Paladin - with paladin shield and katana appears in IO
Chainsaw Paladin - with paladin shield and a chainsaw, appears late IO, Beyond and Dante ensures you will encounter a chainsaw on your run if you survive.

A new enemy to add some more variety and danger to your Jupiter Hell attempts.

@brickey.8 Paladin's have been tweaked (see the change logs) hopefully that helps a bit.

I'll have a think about what I can change. I want to play with the slow melee threat space so they have a different role to say reavers

Out of all the enemies you added, I think this one's the weak link. It has no way of hurting any character with any gun, which is most characters. It just eats slightly more ammo than normal. All the melee enemies in baseline JH and in DRL move at player speed or faster, for good reason. It needs some other ability--maybe granting a damage resistance aura to other nearby enemies and only spawning in crowds?
