River provide a standard adjacency bonus for Unique district, Lake and Coast provide a minor adjacency bonus for Unique district, cities start with Granary. Aqueduct, Canal and Dam are unlocked with the Masonry technology and in half the time to build, provide +1 Housing +1 Amenity, receive a standard adjacency bonus of Food and Production from adjacent river, lake, coast and each district. Melee, Anti-cavalry, Ranged and Siege units gain +5 Combat Strength.
Eurekas and Inspirations provide 50% of civics and technologies instead of 40%. When completing a wonder receive a random Eureka and Inspiration from the era of the wonder, if available.

Qin Shi Huang(Mandate of Heaven)
LA: Everlasting and Supreme Son of Heaven
Build City Center and Government Plaza buildings in half the time, Canal and Dam provide +1 Great Engineer point. Builders receive an additional charge, additional turn and +1 Movement. When building Ancient to Medieval wonders you may spend Builder charges to complete 18% of the original wonder cost.

Qin Shi Huang(Unifier)
LA: System of Granting Noble by Military Merit
Additional Military policy slot, Encampment provide +1 Great Engineer point, receive a standard adjacency bonus of +1 Production +1 Culture from adjacent river, lake, coast and each district, and its buildings in half the time to build. Canal and Dam provide +1 Great General point. Melee units receive the Convert Barbarians action. This action converts Barbarian units into your units, but it removes the melee unit.

Yongle
LA: Yongle Heyday
Build Commercial Hub, Theater Square and Harbor's buildings reduce the time by 33%, Additional Diplomatic policy slot with Political Philosophy civic.
All Cities receive Projects where they can convert 75% of their Production into Food, Faith, or 150% if it is Gold.
Cities with 10 or more Population receive +2 Gold, +1 Science, and +1 Culture per turn for each Population in the city.

Wu Zetian
LA: Manual of Entrapment
Holy Site buildings in half the time to build, Can purchase Spies with Faith. All offensive Spies operate at 1 level higher. Whenever an offensive spy mission is successful, you also gain 200% of the Faith, Culture, and Science that the targeted city earned that turn.
Receive a free spy (and extra spy capacity) after discovering Defensive Tactics. Can purchase Spies with Faith.

KUBLAI
