[GIC] Black Ops

Description
4.0 update
The patch for version 4.0 compatibility has been completed.

You can now craft the Black Ops shop directly from the basic crafting menu (C).
Items removed in the update have been deleted, and the code causing errors has been fixed.

Most legacy item recipes have been removed. However, if you encounter any items that can’t be obtained or require legacy items, please report them so I can fix the issue.

also include Scope, dot sight


Most of these things could be found in 'Strange Device'
and strange device can be craft on [GIC]Ammo bench
Ammo bench could be found in most of GIC planet and vanilla planet(lush planet, random Encounter)

some of gun may be need 'GIC Boss flawless-kill.' reward

I don't want to disrupt the balance of GIC.

is it just me or i cant craft the shop in the crafting menu

ive noticed a lot of the recipes require unobtainable items and the weapons require the old version of the ammo/mags and the ammo for the black ops weapons like the mcx are completely missing even with admin on
