Luminous Excavation Wand

Description
Inspired by the Digging Bolt Starter Wand which you can find below.

I decided to make a more overpowered Luminous Drill version.
It doesn't do any damage though as Excavation is it's purpose.
I also grabbed and edited their Wand Art, just recolored.

Realized certain perks can make it do damage, which is hilarious but I don't feel like changing it. Lets just say it with Concentrated Spells is pretty funny, even if it becomes harder to use.

pretty nice for starting a game and excavating down to the work to sacrifice yourself to the blood gods!
