Digging Bolt Starter Wand

Description
Replaces both starter wands with a weak digging bolt wand. Additionally, the player only ever spawns with the water potion.

This wand KICKS ASS when you equip the chainsaw spell through it. You can tunnel through terrain faster than a worm. You don't even need to fight enemies with this combo. Just dig straight to the portal.

@erikeriklol i aint gonna lie I have not tested this mod nearly enough lmao. I will check that out but at the same time I'm also unsure how that would have an effect, weird

great mod! however it seems to be disabling musical ccuriosities for me? idk if its just a bug on my side but disabling and reenabling other mods/starting new games it seems this mod is the issue tho i dont know how it would affect them
