Sure! Pretty easy, either in the editor or Blender i'd just grab a slightly higher elevation than the edges, and run a little border on the flat edges so AI doesn't fall off. (thinking of the N, E, S and W borders, corners are good).

Great map, it does need edges on the N/E/S/W areas though as AI tends to fall off there.
