Description

Patch for Dynamic trait in Insurgent profession. Insurgent criteria is the same as Veteran

Require both Dynamic Traits and Insurgent Profession.

Load order should be:
Insurgent Profession
Dynamic Traits
This patch

This mod modify DTByPerkLevel.lua in Dynamic trait, so this won't work with any mod that touch this.

This was made for personal use, But I thought y'all could use it.
If both mod's author aren't satisfied, I will take this down.

So with this patch are Insurgent traits now Dynamic? Like it's possible to get "Run 'n Gun" outside character creation?

The description is all information you gotta get from me, that's all the mod does. You can look up Veteran's criteria in Dynamic traits mod's google docs.
