Timmeh's City Textures

Description
A hi-res overhaul of all city building, city ground and HQ textures.
Adds more details, such as window lights/glow effects to many factions.
Outpost flags now display faction symbol and have a slight glow for better visibility.

Added player color to multiple factions to allow more customization.
I suggest using a color palette mod, such as Kurziel's Full Citadel Color Set for more color options.

Of course you can just use a suitable player color to keep the vanilla style for most factions if you like.

Most magnificent work especially the gorgeous windows with their radiant glow of light reminding me of the lights in THE ELDER SCROLLS II DAGGERFALL. Apart from the fact that the textures are great, I'm REALLY a fan of the outpost flag symbols ... could you perhaps turn those into a seperate mod so it is easier to use them with multiple mods when experimenting with mod mixing? It is such a must-have function.

I don't know why nobody mentions this but eldar is bugged, you can even see it on the mod screenshots, the bottom parts for most of their building is clipped into the ground if you compare it to how it should look its really cursed.

This is soooooo good. You found an amazing method for upscaling the textures. Best I've seen. Great work picking out all the windows too. That must have taken a bit of time. Thank you for contributing to the game!

I really like this mod. Apart from the beautiful work done on the cities, I especially adore the improved Outpost flags - that is seriously stuff that should be part of the unmodified game. :)

However, I am a little worried about the Necrons ... while I generally like their reworked cities, aren't they a bit too shiny, especially on top? Might have been mainly due to the player colours I've seen so far, but there does not seem to be much black left in their buildings (I do love that they are glowing in player colours now).
