now I realise this is a nitpick, and that the vanilla game has the same issue, but "decimate" is probably a bad word to use here because it can mean different things to different people. (specifically, to nitpickers it means "reduce by one tenth")
It is probably better to say "destroys foes" instead of "decimates foes".
Weirdly enough, it would be technically correct (but still bad) to say "at the cost of decimating your current HP" 🙃
Not everyone likes when every single note in the world cannot be trusted, aside from main menu (probably), and just blindly checking things or bumping into them is more efficient than deciphering all these... crypticness. As Calamari said earlier. there are things that are cryptic without any particular purpose, just because.
