Enhanced Autonomous Investment

Description
This mod offers features that I feel would enhance your experiences with the autonomous private funded investment pool.


Current Features:

- Allows for the nationwide suspension of private constructions of arts academy, railway, trade, power plants, plantations, agriculture and resources respectively.

- Allows for the suspension of private constructions of industries in unincorporated states.

- Allows for private constructions on existing buildings only.

- Allows for customised private constructions (As simple as marking a state with a decree and clicking the decision).

- Tweaked AI evaluation of private constructions so it is slightly more profit-driven.


Compatibility Note:
This mod modifies a number of files in the buildings folder, therefore it is likely to have issues with mods also modding the folder.


Supported Localization:
English, Simplified Chinese

It's not caused by a bug but by the update.

There is a bug where the "artillery_foundry" building disappears.
I'm guessing it's a bug caused by a typo with "building_group = bg_artillery_foundaries" from "common / buildings / 01_industry".
Please fix it quickly.

bg_artillery_foundaries → bg_artillery_foundries

hey there - great mod. if i want to stop the ai from making NEW buildings and expand currently made buildings: should the option show "revert" if new buildings are blocked? I toggled that option on start of a new campaign, however I am still seeing new buildings being made. As well as when I re-toggle the option. I am trying to grow specific industries in specific resource-having states and I find myself having to go through the registry and nationalize then destroy every couple months. What am I doing wrong. Thank you in advance.

Updated for 1.9 and added support for PORTS & TRADE CENTERS. Not too sure though how this mod fits the game at this stage. My original aim was to made the autonomous investment pool work as smoothly as possible. Still after a year I don't think there's a way to put constraints on how AI does foreign investment (enlighten me if you know a way). But I reckon it's at least helpful to pinpoint specific buildings to build privately.
