This mod is an asset pack made out of the nob50506000 content. It include 5 modular building. Each building comes with it's own capacity (and type), all of them are residential.
You can choose to enable or not terrain alignment (with ground texture) and the same goes for residential capacities.

This pack containt 5 buildings with their variants out of the following Cities Skylines mods :

• Modular 23: Japanese Low-rise Apartment
  
• Modular 24 & 25: JP housing complex (municipal apartment)
  
• Modular 26: JP Low-rise Apartment 60s
  
• Modular 27: JP Block Of Flats

• Base mod : nob50506000
  
• Conversion to TPF2 : Densha Weeb

As the model is a Cities Skyline conversion, some issue may happen :

• No issue known yet.

Distribution of all or part of the mod is prohibited elsewhere than through this mod on the Steam Workshop.
