Description
JP Asset, Modular building, by nob50506000 (from Cities Skylines)
Introduction :
This mod is a Cities Skyline conversion, permitted by the author itself. Without him, I couldn't provide you this mod.
Thanks so much nob50506000 !

This mod is an asset pack made out of the nob50506000 content. It include 5 modular building. Each building comes with it's own capacity (and type), all of them are residential.
You can choose to enable or not terrain alignment (with ground texture) and the same goes for residential capacities.

i don't know if this is a bug but all the houses have no texture and just show a black apartment. Is there any fix for it

Thank you very much for that! Would it also be possible to convert Lv.2 jp_apt30~32 by nob50506000 (3x JP Apartment, modern apartment), please with the original colors, if possible. I would be very happy about that. The buildings of nob50506000 are magnificent.
