Description
Once an Angel from the Heavens above, Emmanuel was cursed to lose half of his powers. Now he must fight to get the rest back.

Emmanuel is a very floaty character with powerful grounded moves, but superior air movement.

SPECIALS

NSPECIAL: Triple Bolt Arrow

Charge up to three arrows by holding the special button. Each arrow has a different speed and power.

FSPECIAL: Holy Crescent

Hold the button to stay in place, and then release to dash forward, striking your foes with a crescent shaped slash. Press the button mid dash to cancel early.

USPECIAL: Dual Winged Flight

Use the control stick to fly around in a flight path. (Any issues with letting go of the stick are controller problems, not a bug!)

DSPECIAL: Luminant Pulse / Smite

Landing this Burst of energy on a foe enables Emmanuel to use Smite, summoning a beam from above to stun foes.

D-strong doesn't link into the final hit often enough, F-special shouldn't make you go into pratfall if hitting an opponent. D-air doesn't link into the landing hitbox well enough or the problem might be the landing hit box should send the opponent straight up and only the falling portion of the move should has the spiking hit box near the start of the attack. His N_special arrows are overall ineffective, only the full lvl 3 charge flinches with little to no knockback while only doing 12%, takes a while to get to full too; make every lvl flinch with increasing stun and have lvl 3 be a kill option.

Alright, so the main critiques are attacks not linking well and too much endlag on certain other attacks. U-titlt, f-tilt, and d-air have too much endlag for how slow the startup is and how little dmg they do while also not being kill moves. I think his jab 1 should just spear pokes since they are the ranged part of the attack and if you want to space the jab you are just making yourself easy parry bait since you have to do the punch first. The non well linking attacks would be U-air and f-air, the opponents fall out way to easily. I think nair should have less of a gap between the time eachmulti-hit hits, more similar to palutena's. His u-special might be too easy to drag people off the top and the side for a kill. Consider making the arrow charge cancel-able or stocked.

I really liked the overrall moveset! But just a heads up, up air feels like it doesn't connect well specially the first hit, for me at least.
