I fixed the Reactor Controller that used the Bang Bang controller to instead use FailroadExpress's new Reactor Controller with the 5-component version Mompf posted in the comments. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sY9v9ooX6nQ&lc=UgzHSWepwPU0-RcDIiB4AaABAg

I also added status lights in the Reactor room to show whether the Reactor Controller or Standby are on.
