MD Economy Decisions, Resource

Description
This mod is a submod for Millennium Dawn

Thanks to Angriest Bird for the part of the code for the buildings.

The price calculated according to the size of the countries' GDP.

overview:

Decisions are quite poor. I decided to add some economic decisions that develop your economy more.
Economics is an important aspect of life. And without a strong economy, you cannot wage war for a long time.

These decisions add up
Buildings, raw materials, building slots.

- Infrastructure 1 x in 120 days
- Civilian Factory 1 x every 180 days
- Arms Factory 1 x in 180 days
- Shipyard 1 x in 180 days
- Office 1 x in 180 days
- Synthetic Refinery 1 x in 180 days
- Construction slots 1 x per 180 days (depending on the size of the GDP, up to 10 slots can be used at once)

All prices are conditional on GDP and its modifiers.

Added raw materials. And the possibility of discovering a new bearing. Once a year.
Only in the province where there is no raw material yet.

- Oil
1 x 180 days will be added, either 4, 8 or 16
can only be used in provinces where this raw material is available and meets the quantity requirement

- Aluminum
1 x 180 days will be added, either 4, 8 or 16
can only be used in provinces where this raw material is available and meets the quantity requirement

- Rubber
1 x 180 days will be added, either 4, 8 or 16
can only be used in provinces where this raw material is available and meets the quantity requirement

- Technology metals
1 x 180 days will be added, either 4, 8 or 16
can only be used in provinces where this raw material is available and meets the quantity requirement

- Steel
1 x 180 days will be added, either 4, 8 or 16
can only be used in provinces where this raw material is available and meets the quantity requirement

- Precious metals
1 x 180 days will be added, either 4, 8 or 16
can only be used in provinces where this raw material is available and meets the quantity requirement

The conditions for the amount of raw material were so that the game was somehow balanced. And logically, a small deposit cannot be immediately expanded to the maximum. It will force you to gradually build up resources and focus more on the game's economy.

If there are any errors, I will be happy if you report them to me. And I will try to solve them quickly.

Bugs I know about:

- the decision cannot yet set the price that would check it, therefore it is possible to go into the red, but the condition that the next decision cannot be turned on if you do not have money

- the tendency of the game to show that it will build in that province but in a few moments it will build another, cannot be solved, the problem is in the game commands

I am preparing further decisions and their implementation, on the population, etc.

I will be happy if you leave a comment or appreciate my work. Thank you all in advance.

I am sorry for my english. I'm still learning.

I love your mod so much I can't play MD without it, but one big thing i would like is having the ai use these decisions as well, would this be an easy thing to implement ?

I think this mod needs an update, for me it's causing my game to crash as soon as it turns may. Not sure why but I tested the base game and every other mod I use and this is the source.
then dont fucking select it. i dont mind using as is and plenty of others dont either.

Again thats only when youre dead broke and long term it kinda screws your eco BAD, as it will make everything so much more expensive if you depend too much on oil for your economy without the extra boast some countries give for it like Iraq...

100% if you play countries that get huge boast from oil money though I admit but most other countries I found it makes it a hassle late game.

Completely broken. You can select every single decision at once and they're essentially free. Feels like a cheat menu mod.

Honestly it can be cheesy early game as a broke country but with how the GDP stuff works, it kinda makes your eco a mess late game and to get more late game is hyper expensive so i think how its done currently is fine just a bit op early game.
