New EK2 version
New Vanilla version

Made for control freaks and anti-border gore zealots.

Changes authority laws to always prevent vassal wars (internal and external). With this submod, the only way for vassals to declare war on anyone other than their liege is if their vassal contract allows it.

Incompatible with any Elder Kings 2 submods which change the realm laws file.

Not updating this one, no. But I have uploaded a new and improved versions which address this exact issue with greater preciseness. The new versions modify the casus bellis themselves, rather than rely on crown law changes, to make it to where vassals typically cannot expand into independent realms while still preserving their ability to attack other vassals.

This seems to have done something to the camp purpose menu for Landless Ruler menu. Instead of picking a camp function it has replaced them with large "Tribal Authority" menu's and sets all NPC landless ruler to "adventurer" with no type

Awesome, thanks for the clarification! Do you mean wars to lower the authority of the liege with "unmet faction demands"? That would be totally fine.

It should. This mod simply makes it so that the "all wars banned" flag from the highest level of crown authority is moved to the lowest level. As such, it should apply to vassals of vassals. However, it has no impact whatsoever on vassal wars that are the result of unmet faction demands.

Does this also affect the vassals of vassals? The mod "Pervasive Crown Authority" does this for Vanilla.
