Update and (imo) big improvement to an old, out of date mod I had published some years ago.

Vanilla CK3 has atrocious border gore issues, with vassals waging wars on other independent rulers being largely to blame.

This mod works by introducing additional restrictions on who can wage what wars. Unlike the original mod, which accomplished this by editing crown laws (and inadvertently preventing vassals from attacking other vassals), this mod edits the text files of the casus bellis themselves, limiting the ability of subjects to expand their domain beyond your own borders while preserving the possibility of vassals attacking their fellow vassals.

Features:
-- Claim, conquest, religious, and vassalization CBs are restricted to only independent rulers.
-- De jure, event, and other CBs which don't contribute to border gore are unchanged.
-- Crown laws have been edited to disallow external inheritances at even the lowest levels.
