AI Egypt Hands Off Balkans + Anatolia

Description
A simple AI mod that makes AI Egypt intensely averse to demanding Balkan and Anatolian states from Turkey in diplomatic plays. This doesn't prevent AI Egypt from desiring to take states from Turkey outside of Anatolia and the Balkans. This SHOULDN'T impact any other country AI and from my limited testing, it doesn't appear to, but let me know if anything wonky happens.

This mod was inspired by the fact Egypt seems to very regularly demand from the Ottoman Empire states in west Anatolia and the Balkans, creating very ugly borders.

This doesn't prevent other forms of bordergore, like Egypt taking the Iraqi coast, but I do plan to update the mod later to compel Egypt to prioritise taking bordering Middle-Eastern states from Turkey. May develop into a broader AI tweak mod, but for now I'm focusing on Egypt as it's a major offender.

Incompatible with any mods that change default AI strategy behaviour.

@Jackson I recommend OPB's "Victoria Tweaks Mod" (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2935989855) . AI tends to be better behaved overall.

Either that or they decided to make researching down the research tree the method by which you complete the military modernisation journal entry. In any case, I think this all needs to be changed. I'm going to note it down in my changes needed file since this is a bit outside the scope of this particular mod.

I don't think this is even working as PDX intended, because in their Egypt pre-release stream, the devs remarked about how the Ottomans changed their production methods to irregulars. Evidently these devs didn't even know Ottomans simply started without them.

Oh wow, I didn't realise Ottomans started without line infantry. I'm guessing their reason for rolling back the Turkish military technology was to account for the Auspicious Event that led to the effective disbanding of most of the Ottoman professional army at the time, but I don't think this is a good way of dealing with this. Ottomans should probably just start with some negative offence and defence modifiers that can be removed by reforming, but it should still mean that the Ottomans can have a proper fighting chance against the Egyptians in battles where they have superior numbers/tactics, not as it currently is where they're an entire production method behind. A better way of emulating the disbanding of the Janissaries would be switching all of the Ottomans's barracks to irregular at the start of the game as well.
