NOTICE:

YOU CAN ENJOY THIS MOD WITH NOTHING BUT THE HELLSING MOD. MOST FEATURES, LIKE THE BALANCING TO GHOULS AND THE ABILITY OF GHOULS TO LEARN WILL FUNCTION.

HOWEVER, MANY OF THE FEATURES OF THIS MOD INCORPORATE OTHER MODS.

FOR THE MAXIMUM EXPERIENCE, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU DOWNLOAD THE FOLLOWING MODS, IN ORDER OF CONTENT INCLUDED:

1. MORROWIND SIXTH HOUSE MOD

2. FALLOUT GHOULS MOD

3. ALTRUISM MOD

4. VANILLA IDEOLOGY MEMES EXPANDED

5. ALPHA MEMES

6. MORROWIND ALCOHOL MOD



Other Mods with minor additions include the All Tomorrows Mod and addition of Susceptibility to many other creatures, including the Eldritch Girl-bominations from the GIRLS DOLLS Mod and the Call of Cthulhu Mod.

This Mod expands on and improves the already incredible Hellsing Mod. I accidentally confused it with the "Van Hellsing" MOVIE[en.wikipedia.org], of which I am a huge fan. I was totally unaware that the film and this version of "Hellsing" are totally unrelated; in fact, I was even confused to see the Mod's author say it was a manga. Nonetheless, using the film as my influence, I hope that I can expand on the Mod's saga and incorporate themes and content from other Mods, all with the goal of making this Mod even greater.

Amongst the things this Mod does includes:

1. Allows Hellsing Ghouls to learn and grow their skills..... very, VERY slowly. Hellsing Ghouls learn at a quarter of the speed of a man, and Passions do pretty much nothing to improve them.

2. Allows Hellsing Ghouls to eat Kibble, drink fluids, and consume animal products like eggs, but not plant matter, fruits, or vegetables.

3. Causes Hellsing Ghouls to drop more than one piece of Ghoul Dust when Butchered.

4. Rebalances and alters the Required Memes for the Iscariot and Hellsing Society Factions, based on my mistaken confusion with the "Van Hellsing" movie. Taking from that setting, these two organizations are now benevolent instead of raiders, and will never commit sins like cannibalism. They will also hate harming innocents, hate organ harvesting, and so on. This moral code applies even to Vampires in the organizations, although drinking blood is obviously not taboo here. None of these acts of benevolence apply to creatures of the night, and the deaths of Ghouls, enemy Vampires, and so on will continue to delight them.

5. Causes the Freaks Faction and Player Faction's Hellsing Ghouls to interface with, and spawn alongside, Fallout Ghouls, if you have the Mod. This is because I really like puns.

6. If you have the Morrowind Sixth House Mod, Ghouls will now interface with Dagoth Ur's goons, and rarely, even show up with them, and vice-versa! Furthermore, any sapient being with the Touched By Dagoth Ur Trait becomes susceptible to the Ghoul Curse, no matter their species or origin, and the Dreamers have even higher susceptibility than any race or Pawn Kind Def in the game. In peacetime, the Iscariots and Hellsingers will down, and sell, delicious Dagoth Brandy if you have the applicable MW Mod. Accordingly, the Dagoth Brandy's statistics and effects have been altered to make monster hunters drinking it worth their time.

7. Makes the Hellsing Ghoul Bite attack less OP, without eliminating it or its conversion. Now you actually have to REALLY chomp down on an enemy, rather than having three bites and an instant conversion. This gives a chance for enemies to lick their wounds and escape before they are forced to join you as Ghouls.

8. Ghouls and other night monsters cannot get Corprus, Ashen Blight diseases, and other diseases added by a few Mods.

9. Allows building various Hellsing Buildings with Stuff.

10. The Hell Diver Suit and sealed, full-body armor like it now double as spacesuits!

11. Most men from the All Tomorrows Mod are now susceptible to the Ghoul Curse. Ques, Astromorphs, and Gravitals are not, but since the former are abominations, they are now slightly susceptible to Sanctification.

12. Full "Biotech" EP integration! Sanguophage Vampires, Artificial Vampires, and True Vampires now can consume Hemogen AND Blood Packs. They have the Need for Blood and will seek it out.

13. "Anomaly" support? THAT'S RIGHT, "ANOMALY" SUPPORT!! For the purpose of Dark Studying, the Ghouls, Artificial Vampires, and True Vampires all count as Creep Joiners, allowing you to gain Anomalous Dark Study Points from both your prisoners AND colonists!

I hate the Millineum Faction. It makes me mad. The entire concept in the story (not OP's implementation, the story) is stupid. Nazis are the go-to villain after WWII, but these aren't even Nazis as much as racist caricatures of Germans, and not even the BASED caricatures like Mengle mad scientists (Major Madness being the sole and based exception). Yet, the author of the story (that is, the actual manga) clearly didn't put any work into historical accuracy or even Nazi uniforms. Even if he did, the ideology of the soldiers in question are not crazy enough. Not at all.

Himmler and his upper ranks of the SS were into black magic and the occult, but Hitler was a casual, quasi-Theosophist, Deist who suppressed it. These Ghouls are clearly resurrected Wehrmecht/Nazi Army soldiers and not SS guardsmen, so they have no reason to be occultists, let alone become Vampires and Ghouls! I don't want to research and draw accurate SS uniforms, so I will be taking from other sources.

For that reason, if I get to that point, I will be giving an overhaul to the Millineum soldiers, with occultist ideologies and origins more... fitting to undead cultists that create vampires... a NEW ORDER of soldiers...


(EDIT: As stupidly racist and as poorly made as the HSAU manga authors made the Milineum Faction, I don't think I can make them into anything else due to the fact that some fo the elements arein C-Sharp. Disconcerting.)

Thanks for the update! As soon as I finish resolving the mod screwups which are causing my game to crash on loading (not savegame loading, on start-up), I'll use it.

I have pushed an update and a major fix to the code. A serious omission in a MAYREQUIRE qualifier caused World Generation to always fail if this Mod was installed alongside the Warhammer Forty Thousand Core Mod or its sub-Mod, the WH40K Genes Mod.

I was going to update the Altruism Mod myself, with many new features and improvements. I guess that's what I get for not publishing it.

Also, overhaul the Millennium faction, and I'll use your mod alongside the Hellsing one.

While this Mod would probably work on V1.5 , I wll hold off on updating it until the base Hellsing Mod is updated, too.
