Description
MOTION SICKNESS WARNING: There are fast-paced sequences. This is a combination of two Portal 2 maps: sp_a2_bts1 and bts2. These maps are part of the jailbreak sequence in Portal 2.

Features:
• Anything you find in the original maps should be here. This includes the music, the sequences, and somewhat original lighting. I updated the lighting to HLA's standards to give it a bit more flair.
• Since this is a combo, you won't have to load in between the two maps! There's a quick fade transition, and that's about it.
• Working Portal Gun (The buttons to shoot the Portal Gun are the same as the "eject magazine" and "toggle burst fire" buttons.)
• No Fall Damage - There are a couple of sequences where you are dropped. The indicator will show the red skull, but you will not die if you teleport.
• An extra chamber that has a couple of tutorials and a sandbox.

Known issues:
• If you die and reload a save, the Portal Gun can place portals on any surface. This is not an issue I can easily fix, as I did not code the Portal Gun.
• This map was built with smooth locomotion in mind (no teleporting), so things may break when teleporting around really fast. For instance: Wheatley's movement has been hindered by a change from Source 1 to Source 2, so he can easily be left behind if you move too fast. You cannot outpace him if you only use smooth locomotion, but with teleportation, you can.

Why do the textures look so niicccceeeee the ones I ported suck. Probably because I suck and porting things but I also wanna make a portal movie in source 2 so AGGH!! death!

love and hate this mod
it made me feel like a freaking kid again, playing in vr
but now i want a full portal 2 vr port and that's likely not going to happen for years

It's updated graphics would be the one of the only major motivations. Like I said, playing it not in VR kind of ruins the fun.

Hmm, you're not the only one with that issue. Unfortunately, I didn't write the Portal Gun script, so I don't think I could help. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The map is set up to be playable in non-vr. Maybe I'll make a tutorial on how to do that, though it ruins the fun of playing a Portal 2 map *in* vr.

I would love to play this! I have spent 2 hours yesterday pressing every possible button on both HTC VIVE WAND controllers, and no luck.. only the blue portal works.. The "release mag" doesnt seem to work on the "wand" controllers.. Very very dissapointed. I tried custom bindings, but there is a problem with that as well and SteamVR "save binding" button does NOT do anything so unable to save custom binding..

Buck Nasty no, accent is correct, it's the name of the music track that plays at this part in the game and it's a play on words because of the American accent Wheatley puts on in this scene.
