Great Harmony Sentinel 1.3 English Submod (preliminary)

Description
First, big thanks to the author of the original mod.
I've been a big fan of these mod since the TW1 and 2, and I'm happy to be able to play with them in TW3 as well.

This submod is a machine translation into English of Great Harmony Sentinel 1.0 (made from blackoutsider（谷玄）, 宝山酒店一级葱师（小孙同学） , 潇然 , R_H_D(雷因 ) , 小铭 , Alex Zhao（赵大）, 忘忧草 )

I am still confused... the original mod has 1.5gb, but it's supposed to be a compilation? These mods in the description are fairly small. There's a lot of new units for Cathay, is that it?

is there any incompatible mods? i cant seem to get this to work saddly
also the "The legendary lord of tomb king turns into hierotitan" mod says if you have the the great harmony sentinal mod, you dont need it. but i dont see any refrence to that mod in this mod
sorry im a dum american who's lost trying to figure out the Chinese mods.

To be honest, the file structure has changed with the recent update, and I'm not sure if the translation has been completed. (Partly because I am not familiar with both English and Chinese)

Thank you for fixing the dwarf. The Cathay unit under Infantry section still doesn't have a name.
