Best-Before dates are for losers! Take a bite of the butter and see if you can power through the mold and other foreign bacteria.

Compatible with External Item Descriptions

Has a 80% chance to kill Isaac on use, otherwise activates Butter Beans effect, and gives Isaac Neptunus, Scorpio, and rotten hearts. (so it looks like he's puking wink wink)

I have like almost 200 mods so it should work but then again it might conflict with stuff
