Just don't pick trait if you can't manage it. Pretty easy. 2 points tho.
Or... learn how to manage it!
I managed to play with it every playtrough, just eat with 1/4 and never get positive food buff.
To gain weight you need callories, not lot of hunger.
Protection works only for Sensitive Digestion's nausea. If you overeat, just find chill place wihout dead zombies or so and wait until buff will gone. Still it's not that extreme, you won't die even from one HUGE portion. Tested a lot and can sight under those words.
Glad you like the mod. I hope you will have much much good time with it! <3
Also, I have a theory that what you call "protection" doesn't account for other factors that lead to sickness (e.g. dead bodies, food/water sickness, some traits)
Anyway, thanks for the answer. I just wanted to point out this mechanic and see for myself if it's intended or not.
Great vanilla-friendly mod, it's a pleasure to play with!
So... To you have to eat REALLY a lot. Or you just have mods which expand Moodles duration.
Dude is not even wrong, he is completly missing every point. I would like him to have +8 aiming and +6 reloading but starting with -26 points
