New Duck City, or NDC, is a large, lightly modded city built on the Hanami Bay map. It has a population of 163k along with four park areas, three industry areas, two campuses, a large airport area, and almost all unique buildings. Please subscribe to all the required mods and assets before playing. This is my first workshop item for Cities Skylines and my largest city yet, so feedback would be appreciated.
