Genshin Impact - Inazuma

Adds the State of Inazuma under the rule of Raiden Shogun.

Inazuma bears great power but also risks as well: its main gimmick is to double the power of a wonder which comes at social policy stagnation if not supported culturally, and it is also a civilization suited to defensive wars.

Trait - Pure Land of One Mind

First World Wonder of each Era is attempted with a 50% bonus, and a successful attempt results in double its effects, but at cost of raising the cost of future social policies by 10%.

Unique Unit - Doushin

Replaces the Pikeman. Fights better in friendly territory, and if starting the turn in Inazuman territory may strike first with a ranged attack.

Unique Building - Commission Office

Replaces the Market. Provides +2 Production, and unlocks the three Commissions from which one can be chosen per city.

Kanjou Commission

+1 Gold per 4 citizen in the city. International trade routes, both outgoing and incoming generate +2 gold for Inazuma. Incoming trade route nets the +2 gold to the sender as wel.

Tenryou Commission

+2 Local Happiness. Units start with +15 Experience.

Yashiro Commission

+2 Culture/Faith. 1 Artist Slot, and +25% Great People Generation.
