Less Appealing Stone Roads

Description
Gives stone roads one square's reach of beauty appeal, versus the base game where they provide no appeal.

Not enough beauty appeal for peasant houses to be upgraded without other decor.

I had the same issues and ended up just guessing and checking until I found numbers that worked for what I want - couldn't find any documentation on the numbers either. If you do figure it out, I would be interested in what they mean.

I'm trying to tweak this mod.
What do the 'a','b','c', and ui_power really mean?
I can't figure out what they represent.
Increasing 'a' seems to increase range... but increasing 'c' increases center power _and_ range, and 'b' doesn't seem to do anything i can figure out.
