Warden ported back

Description
Porting Kiruka's Warden rework back from LWOTC to WOTC for a friend to use. For details on this version of the class, check out Kiruka's version.

This version is simply a port, with minimal balance changes as a result of swapping LWOTC perks for substitutes.

Credits to Eramar for the original mod, Kiruka for the rework, the various perk packs I've pulled from, and everybody who helped me figure out how to begin modding XCOM 2

I'm also having the issue with a bunch of icon abilities being messed up.

Looking at the mod, you included `UILibrary_WOTC_APA_Class_Pack` in the content folder, which is probably why a lot of Proficiency abilities are screwed up.

I'm not sure why the UPK for Proficiency classes are in there at all to be honest.

Well I couldn't test all the class but I it seems to not play well with the skill image of Proficiency class plugin skirmisher with this mod active i have rainbow img on reflex, heavy hardpoints, explosive action, close combat specialist and hit and run and also natural leader from Proficiency class plugin Jane Kelly (maybe image from other proficiency class too but i have to test and see), when i desactived the mod after reading this comment and try again the image was back normal

so idk why,but this port is screwing up some of my skill images,only this port tho the others are fine

Thanks. Definitely want to get to those classes as well. Trying to pull the perks I can from LWOTC, but LWOTC code is a mess for a first time XCOM modder.

Nice port back i really like it. Looking for Keeper, Crasher and Akimbo ported back.
