This is a retro-futuristic looking modular highrise with no particular inspiration. The building is in a run-down state. The stats are as follows:

I recommend subscribing to the Loading Screen Mod , as the Hi-Rise 3 assets share their textures between clean and rusted versions and will cut the filesize for the entire collection down to roughly 80mb.

It would be great to get these in grow-able form for those who like the organic experience of the vanilla to the sterile one RICO creates.
