Yin-Yin, the Sea Dragon + Radious

A rough compatibility patch submod for the Yin-Yin mod to be balanced for Radious. You do need the original mod as this is merely a balance patch for it. I did change several things from the mod, nerfs, buffs, and general alterations to make things more or less make sense to me.

Here's a more detailed list for those interested.
-Yin Yin was given 5 skill dumps, Battle Hardened, Hardy Veteran, Expert Campaigner, Skilled Commander, Endless Training (not truly endless).
-Yin Yin's stats were slightly altered for Radious, slightly more hp, etc.
-Banzai ability now gives a charge bonus, speed bonus was reduced to compensate.
-Death Poem now gives a melee attack bonus, and gives unit terror, weapon strength increase reduced to compensate.
-Sea Dragon Hatamoto were given disrupted attacks.
-Dragon Fleet Marines were reduced to 70 entities, missile strength and ammo was increased to compensate this.
-Ogre Whalers had their missile bonus vs large reduced, but actual damage increased. Their range was slightly buffed, and they have slightly a bit more ammo.
-Jade Sea Pirates have slightly more ammo.
-All units additionally have had stats, hp, and upkeep altered to be more in line with radious.

Credit goes to the original author for their hard work, and Radious for their overhaul. I'm just a nerd with metaphorical (modding) duck tape. My submod needs to be above the original mod to work, to be safe I have it above radious also.

Due to some recent drama, there is next to no chance of any of my submods getting an update. This message will be put in the description of all of my submods. The long story short is that I woke up to a burned bridge, and so I don't feel comfortable with updating things now. These will be left up for anyone interested in archiving or taking them over. If you do want to take over one of my submods, let me know. I'd offer to help but my idea of balance isn't acceptable so I'd ask Radious themselves if you did it correctly. I am mad, but I also still want to leave people an opening to these submods. My hiatus was going to end during Thrones of Decay, and for my stand alone mods that is still true, but only for those mods. The submods are not likely to be updated by myself, so yeah, end of an era I guess.
