Description
Adds a free decision to all uninhabitable planets in your systems that will fire an event that shows the planet's size.

1.2.0: Added a new decision to measure neutron stars and pulsar stars.

Simple yet epic mod that should be a part of the base game. The data is there; there is no reason to hide it from the player. Working fine in v3.14 Circinus.

I can check planet sizes in patch 3.11.1 (Machine Age Release). Saves me making my own mod! So yay.
