Description
Add some recipes to MendAndRecycle for faster recycling.

Certain researches are needed to use the faster recipes:
x2: Machining
x5: Fabrication
x10: AdvancedFabrication

All recipes can be used at tailoring benches.

Thanks to Charlotte, the original author of MendAndRecycle mod.
