Please fix the bells,. They are not working!!! I cannot progress even though i have followed walkthrough and common sense to ring them in correct order yet the door does not open (bottom latch)and i have done the sword puzzle - top latch has opened)

Portal is not letting us do anything so it's glitched for multiplayer?
