German Division Icons

Description
Adds German insignia icons for Theatre, Army and Divisions + plus a few custom ones that I've made that fit in with the theme.

Replaces only a few files, so should be compatible with other mods.

Thank you for creating the mod.
Unfortunately, I had trouble seeing the white numbers with a white background.

It would be good if we had a version with the army icons and theater icons removed. Personally, I was only interested in the division icons anyway.
