Description
Removes the climate penalties removed so you expand a different direction everytime you play a game, instead of being locked into a specific route, also excellent if you enjoy changing starting location. simply changes the value for the climate effects to 0. very simple.

Also removes the nasty bug where your garrisons would never replenish due to the climate replenishment penalty.

Is this save compatible?
Not sure, it could be that the buildings effects would update, but the replenishment would be unchanged, should test it out for yourself.

You need to go through the no_climate table and manually add values for "wh2_main_effect_building_construction_time_mod_all" effect to the unsuitable regions. Same thing for the "wh2_main_effect_climate_recruitment_duration_all" effect.

This will make the mod work for SFO.

construction time and recruitment duration still has some minor debuffs applied for me, but that's probably because I'm running SFO...

Yeah. I always loaded it first. They say it was "never compatible". Yet it always worked for me. Until this last patch.

Sad.

you should put in higher in the load order, possibly overriding radious
likely radious has its own custom climate effects
