[SEWWII] USS Yorktown CV-5 'Water Mod'

USS Yorktown (CV-5) was an aircraft carrier commissioned in the United States Navy from 1937. She was named after the Battle of Yorktown in 1781 and the lead ship of the Yorktown class which was designed after lessons learned from operations with the large converted battlecruiser Lexington class and the smaller purpose-built USS Ranger.

Together with the carrier Lexington, she successfully attacked Japanese shipping off the east coast of New Guinea in early March 1942. Her aircraft sunk or damaged several warships supporting the invasion of Tulagi in early May. Yorktown rendezvoused with Lexington in the Coral Sea and attempted to stop the invasion of Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. They sank the light aircraft carrier Shōhō on 7 May during the Battle of the Coral Sea, but did not encounter the main Japanese force of the carriers Shōkaku and Zuikaku until the next day. Aircraft from Lexington and Yorktown badly damaged Shōkaku, but the Japanese aircraft critically damaged Lexington (which was later scuttled), and Yorktown damaged. Despite the damage suffered, Yorktown was able to return to Hawaii. Although estimates were that the damage would take two weeks to repair, Yorktown put to sea only 48 hours after entering drydock at Pearl Harbor, which meant that she was available for the next confrontation with the Japanese. Yorktown played an important part in the Battle of Midway in early June. Yorktown's aircraft played crucial roles in sinking two Japanese fleet carriers, also finally it's out in SE to recreate the battle of Midway.
The recreation of USS Yorktown CV-5 used source materials which include blueprints, archival photographs and model kits varying in size. This replica of Yorktown is made for the enjoyment of naval enthusiast and collectors alike, the replica does require quite some time to load into the game depending on your PC specs.

* Jakaria's water mod settings at /wbuoyancy 5 and /wdensity 1500 as the best performance for Yorktown. (Water 3.0 might cause her to not function as well so other items might be needed.)

Weapon control tabs have rotor and hinge control on lock by default so you have to unlock them before using the control block to mouse aim on targets, the firing weapons are on key tabs of off/on. Main battery weapons on the Yorktown-class 5 inch has the toggle weapon solution, default is inactive so you have to toggle to mouse control to mouse fire.

Note: All of the mods and required DLC are needed to utilise the use of this replica aircraft carrier, the AE Extra engineers mod is optional. AWG CWP, AWG Weapons pack with Takeshi's plane parts are needed mods for this item.
Jakaria's water mod 2.0 wbuoyancy 5 and /wdensity 1500. Water 3.0 will cause instability to this item, has some air vents to pressurise the hull but it will depend on what happens if I could fix Yorktown in water 3.0.
Lastly, loading Yorktown might take awhile depending on your PC and connection to the server.
