My Mod has been updated. (26. October .23 Time: 10 pm UTC)
I decided to split my Update in 3 separate parts.
With this Update I restructured the source code for higher efficiency and to prepare the Mod for the next Steps.
The chain of events has been changed. You can now use the "Accept the gift of Power!" Decision again. It's purpose now is to freeze the chain of events for 1 year. In exchange it helps relaxing the situation in your country.

Update 2 delivered all the mechanics to all nations. (Should not break savefiles)
Spoiler:
Generic Country's now use the italian portraits for their Generals. Asian Country's should use the ones from Japan and African Nations will use the portrait of an american female general!

The new version of my Mod is unfortunatly incompatible with earlier save files. If you wan't to continue playing with your old save file click here!

- adds a chain of decisions and events with the option to go for more rights for women
- the player can choose freely to which extend he or she wants to go with feminism
- enables you to get a female country leader, generals, admirals and pilot aces
- adds newspaper events and the option for every country to adopt feminism (voluntarily)
- adds the option to aggressively spread feminism to other countries with special operations.
- should stay compatible with new DLCs and most other Mods unless Paradox doesn't completly change the way how their script works, because the mod only adds new stuff without changing already existing content.
- adds a new mechanic which displays the public opinion on feminism
- the public opinion gives additional benefits if more people support the rights of women
- the public opinion affects economy, military organization and public order negatively if too many of the people are conservative
- the public opinion can be manipulated with a variety of propaganda options
- ignoring the public opinion can lead to a full grown civil war
- adds a new game rule option to modify if the AI will trigger feminist events on it's own
- Currently the Mod only affects Germany, Italy, Japan, the Sovietunion, the USA and France
- all other countries have the generic chain of events
