Extra Map Symbols

Опис
Extra Map Symbols

- adds additional map symbols following base game style
- adds symbols variants to base game symbols (requires Extra Map Symbols UI)
- replaces angled arrows with own version, aligned to roads
- replaces "KnifeFork" with own version
- replaces "Wrench" with own version

Extra Map Symbols UI

Map symbols interface tweaks.
- allows to change number of columns used for symbols
- allows to change size of symbols/text
- allows to use crayons for adding symbols to maps
- allows to add symbols variants
- slightly resizes and repositions ui elements

External mods support:
- custom events for smoother integration with external mods


Note that while both mods are independent (for now), and do not require each other, some of features are not available if only one mod is enabled. In future, mods will be merged into single one

Requires PZ v41.66+

I THINK I've found a workaround: in Mod Load Order, put Extra Map Symbols UI in second last position and Extra Map Symbols UI in LAST position.

I've done this a couple days ago and haven't seen black squares since...

I think this makes some vanilla symbols turn into black squares next time I load up my save. I'm also using symbol size slider and the draw on the map mods.
It wasn't happening with just those two.

I believed in you. I believed in your work. I believed you would continue adding more icons and expanding this mod to make it the best there is.
What happened?
It ended up where the UI mod makes the symbols turn into squares unless you relog into the game a second time.
There's more symbols that could of been implemented.
I wish someone would continue this.

Guys, I have just faced a problem with mini map. There are no symbols on my mini map. How can I fix such issue?

Never use the variants, sometimes they never load when u join ur game.

The variants randomly disappear from the list and already added ones turn into boxes, it's very strange.

To solve the black boxes after loading the game, simply quit to main menu and load the save again. Basically, the mod tells us that the game doesn't load correctly the first time.

is it just me or does this mod "corrupt" the mod 'adjust map size icon slider'? cuz i cant use the slider

I am getting the checkerboards now as well, and no matter how many times I unsubscribe and resubscribe, the mod no longer shows up in my mod list under either enabled or disabled.
