Touhou Satori Youkai

Adds the Satori Youkai species from Touhou Project.
Satori Komeji and her sister Koishi Komeji are Satori youkai, a youkai with the ability to read minds with their third eye. Koishi was upset with the stigma against them, so she closed her third eye. This removed her mind reading powers, but also closed her conscious mind.

Mod Details.
Initially they don't have a third eye, and you have to use a bomb to add either a closed one, or an open one.

An open eye grants a hefty bonus to talking and listening, in addition the option to read a pawn's mind and learn from their skills. This grants 1000 exp for every level of every skill they are passionate in.

If you empower them with another bomb, they can probe a bit deeper and copy a random psylink from their target. This has no regard for duplicates, so choose carefully.

A closed eye has much different effects. Closing the conscious mind means that people can only recognize them subconsciously, leading to an almost invisibility. Doing this to your youkai gives them the permanent effects of a psychic invisibility, at the cost of a -100% psychic sensitivity, as they no longer have a psyche to be sensitive about.

Disclaimer: This mod removes the visual effect from psychic invisibility. The actual effects are the same, but they won't have camouflage anymore.
