Description
Play as Saint Wenceslas and medieval revolutionary Jan Zizka; in Sid Meier's Civilization VI.

The Czechs migrated into Bohemia and Moravia sometime after the fall of the Roman Empire. They are known as Bohemians due to them settling the ancient land of the Celtic Boi tribe. The Czechs were very similar to another Western Slavic people, the Slovaks. The Bohemians had a very prosperous polity that gradually grew after Christianization and later it became a duchy within the Holy Roman Empire. Eventually the popular Duke Wenceslas was recognized as a saint, and given the posthumous title of King, making Bohemia the sole recognized Kingdom (among Catholics). Bohemia would be a major feudal player until it would become an Austrian possession, under which it suffered greatly due to feudal and religious conflict. Bohemia and Moravia became independent from Austria after World War I, at that point the Czechs rejected outsiders identifying them with Bohemia and not Czech.

  • Trait - Rex Justus Postumus: Recruiting a Great Prophet grants a Relic. Relics (and Heroic Relics) gain +300% Tourism and output from Relics and Holy Cities is not diminished by other civilizations that have The Enlightenment. Gain the Twelve Days of Christmas project in cities with a Holy Site.
  • Agenda - Bless the Poor: Likes to declare friendship. Likes civilizations with very little Gold.

    LEADER PROJECT: TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS
  • The city gains a burst of Food, Science, Culture, Gold, Faith, and +2 Amenities while celebrating Christmas.

    LEADER: JAN ZIZKA
  • Trait - Commander of the Hussites: Great Generals and Great Prophets grant a random Eureka when they are born. Units gain +2 Great General and Great Prophet points as well as Science equal to 20% of enemy Combat Strength from defeating an enemy unit, doubled if combat is in or adjacent to home territory. Gain the Wagenburg unique unit.
  • Agenda - Militant Reformer: Aggressive. Likes civilizations that share the same Religion. Dislikes civilizations that have different Religions.

    LEADER UNIT: WAGENBURG
  • Bohemian unique Medieval era Siege class unit that replaces the Bombard when Jan Zizka is the leader. Exerts ZOC. +10 Combat Strength when defending. +1 Range with Gunpowder.

    CIVILIZATION: BOHEMIA
  • Trait - Confessio Bohemica: The Capital and cities within 6 tiles of it gain +15% Growth and Faith. Forts gain +2 Faith, doubled if within 6 tiles of the Capital. Holy Sites gain standard Faith adjacency from Forts, becomes major Faith adjacency if within 6 tiles of the Capital.
  • Alt Names: Moravia, Bohemia-Moravia.
  • Spawn Bias - Silver Resource (Tier 1), Grassland Hills/Plains Hills (Tier 3).

    CIVILIZATION UNIT: O.M.C.R.S.
  • Bohemian unique Medieval era Light Cavalry class unit that replaces the Courser. Must purchase with Faith. Cost to purchase increases with each copy. Does not cost resources. This unit and adjacent allies heal +10 Health when fortified. Has 1 Build Charge and can build a Fort.

    CIVILIZATION DISTRICT: VELKOMESTO
  • A district unique to Bohemia used to boost industry and urban growth that replaces the Industrial Zone. +2 Housing and +15% Growth. Gain standard Production and Faith adjacency from districts, increases to major adjacency if a Neighbourhood. +1 Appeal.

    ERROR: Invalid Reference on FavoredReligions.LeaderType - "LEADER_STR_BOHEMIA_JAN_ZIZKA" does not exist in Leaders

    I don't know what is happening, @Herr Lolan. Can you tell me if your logs have an 'invalid' line? Maybe your logs have something new for me.

    Is there any fix to the issue most are experiencing right now without installing the older version of the mod? I quite like the new changes but cant play them, because the game wont start and just returns to the main screen

    Firaxis relocated the logs to AppData, @Shmily_Dana. If launching a game ever boots you back to the main menu you can try opening the database log. While in the database you want to search for 'invalid' which will bring up syntax errors or other illogical code issues. This file is the one I use the most when modding. The only other instance I get booted back to menu is when the lua acts up, but that is usually only a map issue. The following Reddit post is where I learned about logs:
