Realistic Thrusters - Customizable

Description
A fork of Digi's great Realistic Thrusters.

This lets you disable, either partially (like Realistic-ish Thrust) or fully, the "offset thrust" effect on a per-ship basis, by writing "realistic-thrust-0%" or "realistic-thrust-50%" into the CustomData of a Ship Controller/Cockpit. To resync the effect, either change ownership/sharing of the block, or save and reload, so the change is registered. The default amount for non-customized ships can be configured using Text HUD API's 'Chat + F2' menu, or by editing the cfg file.

This is intended to appease servers with some players who like the engineering challenge Digi's mod provides, and some players who want to build museum art pieces with vanilla constraints.

- Default config is opt-out: default=100%. You can set realistic-thrust-50% on a ship thats unbalanced to make it a little easier to fly.
- Opt-in option: set default=0%, and then add realistic-thrust-100% on ships you want to try balancing.
- Lower difficulty option: set default=50%, and then most autopilot scripts / inertial dampeners will have no trouble balancing moderately sane ships.

Update:
- Rebased on latest version of Digi's updates
- Added config using Text HUD API's 'Chat + F2' menu to change default amount of 'thrust offset', so you can now set it to be default off, or default 50%, etc.

I haven't tried it in recent updates, though Digi's original workshop item's comments don't say its broken, so this fork likely works too. When I made it, I used it on a server with 4 mates, and it worked great.

The default is currently 100% Digi (so "realistic/offset thrust"), and then you opt-out individual ships you want to use the cartoony/arcadey vanilla simple thrust model.
