Fix random faction pawns

Description
Fixes random pawns being generated in factions.

About

When generating pawns of specific kind, Rimworld can select a random faction to put that pawn into. This can result in random colonists, villagers or refugees in groups from a faction. This is most noticeable when using Hospitality along with alien races faction, as it results in normal human pawns being part of visitor groups.

This mod changes that behavior so that only factions into which the pawn can belong to can be selected. So no longer you see villagers being part of Moyo visitors.

FAQ

This mod can be added or removed in the middle of the game.
But it won't have much effect if added halfway as it won't change incorrect pawns already in faction.
It will only work if used from the very beginning of a game.

I don't think this mod ever worked properly. So I'm not updating it to 1.4

@Delta1138 I don't think my mod would change that. My mod only modifies code where random faction needs to be selected. It doesn't change when this selection happens. Yet..

@Euphoric there is a conflict between Real Faction Guests and the Warhammer Dryad"-ish" mod and it's to do with how the second mod allows you to generate Dryad pawns from surgeries involving seeds; essentially when a pawn dies with the implant a dryad should spawn however due to C# used for the Dryads you end up with random race/factions spawning on death for those pawns (if it's used with Real Faction Guests). This of course is a big nuisance and makes the Dryad mod impossible to utilise at the same time as Real Faction Guest.

Do you know if your mod has a similar interaction?

This mod only changes edge-cases when pawns are generated as parents or when pawn has no valid faction. It won't have efect on quest pawns. Real Faction Guest does more extensive changes to the pawn generation itself so it works on quests too. The two should work together but I haven't tested it.

@TurtleShroom : I don't think so. This mod only changes edge-cases like sibling relationship generating parent pawns or pawns without faction. It doesn't change anything about pawn being explicitly requested to be generated for specific faction.

But I haven't tested it, so I might be wrong.
