Level 1 = -30%
Level 2 = No Effect
Level 3 = +30%
Level 4 = +60%
Level 5 = +90%

good mod, man, but you got error's in code. check lines 69-74 in file: Scripted_effects > IIBS_scripted_effects. you need to put "{" after every "clr_state_flag =".

0 equal -50%, 1 equal -30%, 2 equal -15%, 3 equal 15%, 4 equal 30%, 5 equal 50%. But it's still not exactly defined.

@Desaix the mod is still compatible with the new updates, but I can update the version number.
