It's possible to repair the ships if you click the "repair all" button but there is no button to refit or repair the ships individually (I think it was for all of them, but in case that's wrong I remember at least the small boarder being like this). This is on the beta branch

Thank you for the comment, initially i did think about the ability to raid other cities for income(As that is the main point about being a pirate). However i am not certain as to how to implement it for the time being and made it so that pirate nations gain extra income from taking down monsters. Judging from recent playtesting i am planning on balancing the income debuff. As for pirate ships that can not be repaired, i am unable to see why as i just checked it and everything was working as intended(Even without any technologies). Could you perhaps tell me more about the issue?

2 Comments I had about this, the income is REALLY low and it can easily kill you really fast, and we cannot repair pirate ships at ship-yards. It might be cool if you can do something like allowing us to raid enemies for their income instead, which would solve pretty much both issues. Maybe a fourth option for whenever we get past city defenses? (ex: gentle/brutal takeover)
