Welcome to Starbound's largest working mod collection!
All of these mods will work together, so go ahead and sub to everything!
Please read the description if you want everything to work correctly!


Includes Frackin' Universe, many new playable races all supported by FU, mech overhauls, NPC overhauls, combat overhauls, dungeon and cave overhauls, UI overhauls, many gameplay changes and new functionalities, and much much more.


This pack contains quite a few parallax and graphic mods, so if your computer is on the older side go ahead and unsubscribe from any lighting mods, graphics mods (especially Tanz), and parallax improvement mods to save some FPS. On the other hand, to improve graphics even further, install ReShade to Starbound win64, or whichever version you are running (win32 or osx):

Then optionally, you can download Heathen's Pirate Shaders from GitHub:

And place the "reshade-shaders" folder you downloaded inside the "win64" (or "win32" or "osx") folder that is in your Starbound game directory. If you want a specific preset, go check out Izi's ReShade Preset:

You can look at the images shown on the mod page for settings, or I suggest you experiment and try to create your own look.

If your computer does not have exactly 4 physical cores, then unsubscribe from More threads - Lag reducer - 4-thread edition:

Matching the amount of physical, not virtual, cores that your computer has. This should provide the optimal performance. If you still continue to get game freezes when you pick up items, learn new recipes, etc. then try using the 8-thread edition as long as you have at least 4 cores. Or, don't use any edition if you want to keep some of Starbound running on one thread, although you may see more lag spikes. Futara's Dragon Engine should also help with this lag. But since Starbound runs mainly on one thread, having this many mods is bound to cause these type of lag spikes.


*IMPORTANT*
Note:
You will need to manually install these mods if you want to use them: Terraria Font, Futara's Dragon Engine, and Futara's Full Bright Shader.

You must install the newest version of Futara's Dragon Engine if you want to use Futara's Dragon Life Character Animation!

To do this, first, subscribe to the mod.
Second, go to your Steam directory > "steamapps" > "workshop" > "content" > "211820" > MOD ID.
Third, place the corresponding '.pak' file you find in that folder into the "mods" folder that is inside your Starbound game directory (you can rename this '.pak' file to whatever you'd like).
And now lastly go ahead and unsubscribe from that mod on the Steam Workshop.


Note:
Upon killing anything, you will unlock all achievements, unsubscribe from the Achievement Unlocker mod if you do not want this effect!

Note:

Do not use this alongside the Steam A.V.I.A.N. mod. To install this, place the downloaded folder into your "mods" folder in your Starbound directory.

Optionally, with command line you can use "asset_packer.exe" inside the "win32" folder (or "asset_packer" inside the "osx" folder on Mac) to pack the downloaded folder into a '.pak' file. After you pack the folder into a file, delete the downloaded folder and put the '.pak' file in your "mods" folder. This will load the mod faster and make starting the game a bit faster.
