Rise of The Turks (Outdated)

This mod is the successor to my previous mod, Minor Ottoman Revamp, but now with a whole lot more included. This mod serves as a complete overhaul of the Sultanate of Rum In Medieval Kingdoms 1212. The aim of this mod is to make a somewhat more realistic Sultanate of Rum by completely overhauling their roster and eventually changing some of their campaign mechanics to make a more unique playthrough.

Mod Features

- Reskin of almost every unit in the Seljuk Roster
- Reskined all Generals
- 22 new units
- All historical slave soldiers such as Ghulams and Janissaries now require slave resources to recruit
- New unique tribal units only available through nomadic building chain
- New upgrade paths for certain units
- Adjusted certain units stats to work with new units and upgrade paths

Update 9/16/21

- New faction unique Janissary building chain
- 5 new late tier units
- various reskins of high and late units
- various stat tweaks
- renamed Iconium and Acyra to Konya and Ankara which is what they went by after the 1100's
- adjusted some unit cards

Planned Features

- New decisions with new objectives to form the Ottoman Sultanate and Empire
- Unique AOR units
- New and Adjusted Models, Maybe
- Fix population requirement for new units not showing



Mod must be placed above Mk1212 files in order to work


All assets were made by the MK1212 team so all credit goes to them. A couple of new unit cards were made by Snoppy.
