Magic Palace

This mod add a magic palace to the city center. There can only exist one in the map. You'd better build it right after the game starts.
This magic palace will provide extra output to the terrain, and the city tiles will become amazing. It will provide workers and great persons with extra charges, increase the capacity and range of trade routes, and add house, envoys, governor points, and diplomatic favor when control city states, keep all cities loyal to 100, increase population growth rate and border expansion rate, add production when constructing wonders, increase production and faith for tundre tiles, new cities get extra tiles, units get extra movements, unit promotion does not end the turn, get the technology immediately after activating eureka.
