Oh the naming is just to spice it up, it's to have something unique added to it so it is recognizable rather than simple "Katar". SEO reasons and what not.

Let me just point out that if you just crafted it.... it's not ancient.... it's just a Katar.... the RECIPIE may be ancient but not the weapon you just crafted.... sorry if I burst anyones bubble

That looks comically oversized! The hand guards are supposed to fit around the hand! And that blade looks as it were made from a shovel. Y'all who're saying it was an assassin weapon... No. Katars are punch daggers from India, where they were used not only in war but also to hunt tigers! It's a shame it looks so large, because that is a nice model...

No it's a sword bes the animations else wouldn't fit.

you can also spawn it in via console, type in "help katar" and then player.equipitem followed by whatever code help katar gave you
